Breakfast at the Carolina

Breakfast TImes: 7:00 - 8:00 at your pleasure (an earlier breakfast time can be arranged)

Coffee Available: 6:00 AM Fresh Ground & Robust

Breakfast Fare: We serve a full breakfast that includes juice, fresh fruit,
freshly baked pastries & and a delicious entre’. Eggs to order and bacon
are always available in addition to the entre’ of the day if that is your preference.

Service: Breakfast is served buffet - style, however your entrées are prepared
fresh at your pre-arranged breakfast time.

Substitutions: Fresh fruit smoothies or oatmeal can be substitued if you are seeking a healthier breakfast alternative. Restrictive diets, including lactose or wheat? Intolerace can be accomodated as well. Please scroll down to view our rotating menu.

Our Chef: Pat Kearns joined the Carolina from Delta Colorado where she owned and operated a restaurant for 30 years. Known region - wide as a superb chef, Pat was best know for her superb breads, pastries and pies. You will have an opportunity to enjoy them all! In addition to the breakfast pastries, a piece of Pats superb pie will await you in the evening, bedside to enjoy with a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of sherry.

Seating: We offer indoor, private tables in our light and sunny sunroomor, if you prefer, join guests in our formal dining room surrounded in the richness of leaded glass windows and cherry wood. If you prefer, our patio, surrounded by greenery, provides a lovely outdoor setting.
